Spyderco 302UF Ceramic Bench Stone - Ultra Fine
Spyderco's ceramic Bench Stones are flat and broad they are highly effective for honing wide tools like plane irons, chisels and large blades. As with all of their ceramic sharpeners, the Bench Stones are used dry without oil or water. Each stone is sold separately and comes packaged in a rigid ABS polymer storage case complete with non-skid rubber feet for tabletop use. Stone Size 2" x 8" x 1/2"
We are often asked "what grit are these ceramic hones?" Though ceramic is not measured in "grit," we are told by Spyderco this is a rough equivalent:
ULTRA FINE -- 2,000 grit
FINE -- 1,200 grit
MEDIUM -- 600 grit
