At Cutlery Shoppe we strive to offer the highest level of customer service, which has led to our continued success since 1984. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will do our best to make it right.

To return a purchase send it back to us in brand new, salable condition in original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. To help us expedite your return, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice that was e-mailed to you, along with instructions on how we can best take care of you. Return shipping charges are not refunded. For orders that were sent via our Free Shipping option, a flat $5.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to help cover our outbound shipping costs.

Please note that once we refund your card it normally takes 7-10 days for your bank to apply the funds to your account, which is entirely dependent on your bank.
