We want our customers to know that when they buy from us, not only are they getting first quality genuine product, but they are buying at the best possible price. Should you find a lower price from a legitimate competitor please let us know.
- To qualify, the item must be the exact item on the competitor's website. Products tend to change with in-line improvements, and we will need to verify the item is the same. The competitor must also be a legitimate dealer for the brand in question, and be listed on the manufacturer's web site as such.
- The price must be published on a valid web site and not an auction, third party seller or classified ad. We will not match email quotes, verbal quotes or print ad prices.
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's website and available to ship immediately. Many times web sites show old pricing on items that are obsolete or they do not actually stock. Shipping fees and sales tax will also be factored into the “final” cost from a competitor.
Send us an email containing a link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price BEFORE you purchase. As we like to be competitive we will most likely adjust the price on our website so everyone can benefit. If the pricing on the website cannot be adjusted because of manufacturer policy, we may opt to adjust the price on your order after the purchase is completed. Be sure to reference the e-mail from us offering you the price match. Matching prices will be up to our discretion, and in certain cases not be matched.
