Cold Steel 29AXW Kris XL Voyager - 5.5" Stonewash Finish AUS-10A Blade - Tri-Ad® Lock Black Griv-Ex Handle

Cold Steel's Voyager series was designed to be the true “everyman” knife. They are lightweight, rugged, dependable and perfect for hunting and camping as well as general utility and daily cutting chores. The Voyagers® excel in many survival and rescue applications, and they have proven to be very popular with Police and Military personnel, who appreciate the combination of cutting performance and safety that they offer. Each Voyager is precision engineered and held to Cold Steel's most exacting standards. Featuring AUS-10A blades, and their Tri-Ad® locking mechanism - which is quite possibly the most secure, safe and shock resistant lock on the market today! The ergonomic Griv-Ex™ handles (reinforced with heat treated 6061 aluminum liners) provide great comfort and a secure grip even under extended use in tough conditions. New for 2020 is this iconic Kris blade Voyager® inspired by the fabled blades of Southeast Asia. It offers a wide, thick serpentine shaped blade that cuts and slashes with particular efficiency due to its razor-sharp undulating edge.

As is one hunk of a huge knife. Cold Steel never deviates from quality. This particular piece could have used a little better finish on the action. That’s why I couldn’t give it a 5. The Cutlery Shoppe is the best priced dealer around. It will not be my last purchase from these guys!!

What a great addition to the voyager line, the blade shape lends itself to superior slashing and cutting and it looks great. Thanks to Jeff and CS for great pricing and very fast shipping.

This is a very cool addition to the voyager lineup. The blade shape lends itself to cuts and slashes that appear to come from an even larger blade and the the slight hawkbill tip pierces just as well. Even with the 5.5" blade it carries well and makes for a great self defense blade and just fun to have. Thanks to Jeff and CS for the best price and fast shipping bar none.
