    Lighter weight and better scratch/scuff resistance vs. regular 940 plus cheaper and just as good looking as the very pricey 940-1 carbon fiber scales version. Excellent tolerances and super sturdy with impressive build quality. S30V steel takes a serious beating before needing to be resharpened.
