Spyderco C11FPGR Delica 4 LWT - FFG VG-10 Blade - FRN Handle

Chances are good that you already own one of Spyderco's iconic Endura or Delica Clipits, as they are some of the best sellers Spyderco makes. If you do, we won't need to convince you what great knives they are, and if you don't know, you're sure to be pleasantly surprised.

The workhorse VG-10 blades are flat ground and have a highly refined edge for optimum cutting performance. For quick deployment they have a generous .5" (13mm) opening hole. The FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) handles are available in a variety of handle colors, so you can pick which best suits your application and environment. Inside the handle are dual skeletonized stainless steel liners which strengthen the knife without additional weight. These dual liners double as an anchor for external and internal components to attach through generating more sturdiness and rigidity.

Added to the blade's spine is slip resistant jimping. Phosphor bronze washers smooth out the open/close action and the clip is upgraded to a four-way tip-up, tip-down, left-or right-handed clip.

    The quintessential EDC blade

Posted by Steve Morgan on Sep 27th 2013

This knife is the perfect EDC blade. Small enough to be discreet in your pocket, but big enough to do some nice sized cutting jobs. The FRN is very grippy and the jimping feels great, a very secure grip indeed. The VG-10 gets a scary edge and is easy to touch up if needed. The flat ground blade goes right through cardboard like butter. The pocket clip is easy to clip on your pants pocket and it doesn't tear it up. Last of all, it just looks awesome in the green. Very unique and everybody I've shown digs it.

    Very happy with this knife

Posted by Kyle on May 19th 2012

I've had this knife for about 6 months now and I have been very happy with it. This is my first full flat ground blade, and I have found the tip has been very useful when you need to make a piercing starting cut. The overall performace of the blade has been great.

I live in NC and it is very humid here, and I got the VG-10 version because of I've heard of its rust resistance and I have not yet seen a single spot on it, which is what I was looking for.

The back lock was something I wasn't used to, but I like it okay. I also like the ergonomics of this knife. I never feel like it could slip in my hand while in use.
