    Hogue Deka

Posted by Joe m. on Apr 1st 2023

Well, I am not big on reviews but this one was absolutely necessary. This is my second Hogue Deka that I have purchased from the cutlery shoppe, now I am not much of a black blade guy but I got to tell you, this one is really sharp and I am not talking about the edge! The knife is great, it is a perfect size, it is not only less expensive than the Benchmade Bugout but the handles feel more solid, more significant in the hand and with the new CPM magna cut steel, how can you go wrong!?!? And I would be remiss if I did not mention the Cutlery Shoppe themselves, I have been dealing with Jeff and he is absolutely a gentleman and fantastic. If you ask he checks the knife before it goes out, he contacts you every step of the way and I don not mind telling you, the knife came before the ink even dried on my check (just kidding, I paid with a debit card). But seriously, I have been buying knives for longer than most of you people have been alive and I know a great place when I deal with one, so do not pass up the Cutlery Shoppe, no matter what knife you are looking to buy.
