Böker Plus 01BO482 Intention II AUTOMATIC - Stonewash Finish D2 Blade - Black G-10 Handle

Designed as a tactical automatic knife, the Böker Plus Intention is not only convincing in the field, but also copes effortlessly with all the cutting tasks that arise in everyday life. Pressing the push button releases the stonewash finish blade made of D2, by the tension of the spring behind it, it then folds open automatically. A clean latching slide lock further secures the knife against accidental release. The ergonomically shaped handle is made of textured G-10, ribbing in the area of the thumb rest and the pronounced finger recess further improve the hand position. With lanyard loop and clip (tip-down).

    Intention 2

The overall design of the handle and blade are great. The G10 is just the right texture and the milling on the design features and edges is spot on. D2 holds an edge and is above average in utility for a knife this size. My one and only complaint stems from the pocket clip. It is fastened for tip down which places it on the front of the knife. I can live with tip down but not when part of the handle and blade protrude so much out of the pocket. The tension on the clip is too stiff. You have to grab the clip midway and help it over the seam of your jeans pocket. For some reason a lot of clips from Asia are like this. Concidering the extremely low price on this knife with a great snappy action I say you are good to go if you are not worried about concealment.
