I was impressed, I own several PM 2 and Para 3’s. I did not expect this knife to be as sharp as it was! Love it! Did a push cut with no problem. This is a great steel and not to mention the blade shape! Definitely worth buying

I own a ton of Spyderco’s and have had several variations of the PM2 but this blade shape is great. I will say that mine did not have a smooth action out of the box even after working it open and closed for a few days while watching tv. I ended up taking it apart and polishing the washers and then after putting it back together it’s perfect and drop shutty while still being rock solid with no play. This is not the first time I’ve had to do this so it was no big deal. Also the screws had some kind of white locktight that was so thick I had to heat one of the screws to get it loose. Again not the first time I’ve had to do it and it could have just been the knife I got but keep that in mind if you want to change the scales. I would definitely recommend this knife to anyone.

This thing is Nasty (in the best possible way). Blade centering came spot on, and action was fall shutty out of the box without adjustment. I immediately put it in AWT scales but I was extremely impressed with the stock g10 scales. If I hadn't already had an AWT/Spyderco theme going I would definitely have put it in a set of Cerberus knives scales.

Smooth drop shut action, good even grind, zero blade play and almost perfect centering out of the box. If the new blade shape still looks familiar to some, upon receipt I noticed comparing to my others it is essentially just a standard PM2 blade profile flipped upside-down. Very clever. I'm pretty darn happy with it.
