Knife arrived incredibly sharp. Action was smooth. Bevels were very even. The handle is extremely comfortable and allows you to use several different grips. I was a little unsure about this knife at first, but thus far it has been a pleasant surprise. It doesn't take up as much space in the pocket as you would think, and it came sharp as a razor. The CTX-XHP blade takes an edge easily (though I confess that I have mainly just been stropping it up thus far). The orange scales may be a problem to some, but they're good for me as I live in a rural area and work outside often. I think it's safe to say that I definitely recommend this knife.

A great knife that really carries well for its size. Cutlery Shoppe delivered immediately, shipping it the same day it was ordered. Spyderco grinds their knives really sharp, if not evenly, but I didn’t mind that so much since I always sharpen them myself, so fixing the uneven bevels wasn’t an issue. The CTS-XHP is not difficult to sharpen and this is now the sharpest knife I’ve ever had. If Spyderco would just put a deep carry clip on this knife, it would be just about perfect for me. I love the color combination... I’m a big OSU Cowboy fan. Go Pokes!! (but not with this! Someone could get hurt!)
