Should be a staple of Every Day Carry.

I've had 3 or 4 of these most excellent mini multi-tools over the last few years. Every now and then I see a friend that looks at the one I carry and wants one too. Being the nice guy I am, I end up giving it to them and buying another one for my self. This little tool is a must have. I use it all day long for all kinds of small tasks. I open letters, cut loose thread, and occasionally open a soda pop bottle with it. I want to mention one thing about the knife. Some people complain about it being chisel ground, but I actually like it and think it was a shrewd move on Leatherman's part. The knife on this tool isn't really designed to be your main cutting tool; it;s meant for smaller tasks. What I like about the chisel grind on it is, it's great for scraping stuff like left over scotch tape on softer surfaces like plastic. If you scrape with a normal ground blade, you;re more likely to dig the blade into surfaces, like plastic. The chisel grind does a better job at that, so that's why I really appreciate the chisel grind. The pliers are extremely handy. I use them as a staple removal all the time. The other day I used it to unzip my winter coat pocket after the pull snaps off the zipper. The pliers are also spring loaded which I love. I think everyone should carry one of these as a complement to your regular EDC blade. It's also people friendly when you're in a knife unfriendly environment. I had all three color variations of it but I think the blue one looks the best. Buy it, you won't be disappointed. With it being under 30 bucks, and a 25 year warranty, you can;t go wrong.
